High professional qualification of the staff is the main tool in competitive activity
Our Company Аnanta Medicare has initiated a series of trainings for medical representatives and regional managers. Brian Tracy, a world-known management consultant, in his book “New Sales Manager” described the essence of employee training as “the only way to overtake competitors and, to the extent possible, gain a victory over them”.

Planned and regular actions of our Company aimed at development of knowledge and skills of regional managers and medical representatives in order to achieve effective fulfillment of their duties, underlay the prospective approach to the conduction of a series of sales trainings. The plan of these trainings includes both trainings in consultative selling and trainings in active selling for medical representatives, and trainings in management, non-conflict behavior skills and couching for regional managers.
The trainings are conducted by a known certified business-trainer Tatyana Balan (training company PERSON).
To date teams of medical representatives from Kharkov, Donetsk, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Lugansk, Sumy, and Kirovograd took part in training “Skills of consultative selling”.
Knowledge and skills acquired during the training will help medical representatives to establish relations with “difficult clients”, turn dissatisfied clients into loyal ones, and increase the quality of work with Company’s clients.
