From 20 to 22 April 2016 in Kharkov, within the cycle meeting, the meeting of employees of the company «Ananta Medicare» has taken place.

20.04.16 in Kharkov, the first meeting of the hospital division of oral and hospital business unit was conducted. However, the "first time" was not the hardest. From the first minutes of the meeting staff was fully plunged into the basics of modern antibiotic therapy, pharmacotherapy they remembered institute courses and more. Selection of pathogens of various diseases does not stand still, and the modern medicine has to keep up. The main part of presentation has mentioned the role and the place of medical product of 3rd generation fluroquinolone group Levasept (levofloxacin) of the company Ananta. Certainly, levofloxacin is one of the most prescribed molecules in Ukraine and Levasept heads this group. So, what is so special in levofloxacin? Why do the doctors prefer to prescribe it in Ukraine? The answer lays in its unique pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, which leads to the lower risk of development of resistance, the wide spectrum of activity, the high efficacy and the low incidence of side effects with the use of levofloxacin. These benefits are the basis of that levofloxacin is recommended by the world's major pulmonary and urologic community. Consequently, the promotion of Levasept in Ukraine will promote the implementation of the best global practices in the treatment of pulmonary and urologic patients with help of our specialists.

The second part of the meeting was focused on the problems of pain, on the new product of the company Ananta and on its solution. Within the next few months the company Ananta plans to launch the medical product Anapiron on the Ukrainian market. Anapiron is a paracetamol injectable form in 500 mg in a vial. But why is Anapiron? There are lots of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which are effective in the treatment of hyperthermia and if we talk about a pain, there are always on hand the same NSAID, analginum, local anesthetics or if necessary opioids. All of the mentioned above is true except for one very important detail, namely, the majority of these groups are highly effective, but there is no other drug, excluding paracetamol, which would combine the highest efficiency and the maximum safety during its use. Only paracetamol can be recommended irrespective of the age of the patient (old man or infany), only paracetamol can be prescribed both before, during and after surgery, and only paracetamol can be recommended irrespective of a type of a surgery, for example, cardiovascular surgery, abdominal and thoracic surgery, before, during and after childbirth.

All of the mentioned above is the basis of the fact that for today paracetamol is the basis of multimodal analgesia, a method which is aimed at highly effective pain treatment. The third final part of the meeting had more free character and it concerned the practice. Medical representatives always have a story to tell when they visit the doctors, but at the same time do we always listen to the doctor, try to satisfy his requirements and to solve certain medical problems? Probably the answer is no. How we can solve this dilemma between our desires and possibilities, indications for our medical products, the true wishes and possibilities of our clients. One of the tools is a SPIN technique, which is based on active listening of interlocutor, professional use of questions and as a result, effective meet the needs of a client. SPIN technique – is not something static, but it is a tool of everyday practice, which has no limit for improvement. Both beginners

and "bison" of the company, working many years in the pharmaceutical business made sure of that, during the analysis of situational tasks that were presented in the final part of this unit. Therefore, we will attend to the SPIN technique during the subsequent meetings. The general opinion of most of the staff was that everything they’ve seen and heard - is great, but time! For many people it is a challenging task, such as to listen, to accept, to think over, to discuss everything in one day and then go back to the regions. We will work on it!

So, Friday 22.04.

The day began with a presentation on one of the focal medical products of the company Ananta Medicare - Florium. So the analytics was started immediately. We see that the probiotics market grows; therefore, we have room to grow with Florium!

In the tutorial on Florium, we stopped on the main articles and reprints, on the basis of which it can be assumed that Florium worthy to be a medical product number one for pregnant women with BV.

There is a question, why for pregnant women with BV a medical product number one should be Florium? The study, which was conducted in Austria on the basis of the University of Vienna, at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and biopharmaceuticals, has showed that the microflora of healthy pregnant women is constant (unlike non-pregnant women whose quantitative and qualitative balance of the vaginal flora is changed during the cycle). So, in pregnant women the vaginal flora is represented by 4 main types of lactic acid bacteria, such as: L. crispatus, L. rhamnosus, L. jenseni, L. gasseri.

Ananta Medicare Ltd., in agreement with the researchers and developers of the Florium medical product, has European and American patents for the qualitative and quantitative composition of lactic acid bacteria contained in this preparation.

Therefore, the logical conclusion arises:

Since the flora in healthy pregnant women is unchanged, and any deviation from this constant in the composition of vaginal lactobacilli leads to bacterial vaginosis, and the company has a patent for the useful combination of lactic acid bacteria, which help to restore the normal microflora of the vagina of the pregnant woman – and it means that Florium is a medical product number one for pregnant women with BV.

The second focus is the treatment of BV for 1 week.

This is one more our advantage! If we look at the instruction of other medical products, we will see that they insure the elimination of BV during 10 days to 1 month period of using the medical products!

But it could be explained.

As part of other probiotics, in conversion into "useful" range of lactobacilli, their number is 6 times less than the content of lactobacilli in Florium.

Oh, and in support of "BV monotherapy" study and analysis of vaginal flora for sensitivity to the Florium medical product!

April 22, 2016 in Kharkov within the cycle meeting, there was a meeting of employees of antibacterial and gynecological business unit, in about 40 people have taken place.

 

The first part of the training was devoted to the important medical and social problem related to reproductive performance, both men and women. The portfolio of the company "Ananta Medicare" has a number of agents for the treatment and prevention of gynecological diseases. Among the first, there was the subject of treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC), which takes 25% of all infectious diseases of vagina. According to medical statistics, 70 to 80% of women of reproductive age mention at least one episode of vulvovaginal candidiasis, and 50% - repeated vulvovaginal candidiasis during their lifetime period. It reduces the quality of life of patients, leads to complications and inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs. The solution of this problem is the use of antifungal agents. A modern effective antifungal drug is Itrungar, the active ingredient is itraconazole. Itrungar is issued in capsules of 100 mg №4 and №15. Itrungar has the widest spectrum of antifungal activity among existing antifungal agents and it covers all the strains of yeast fungi of Candida, mold fungi, dermatophytes and others. It provides the wide use of Itrungar both gynecological practice in the treatment of acute and recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis, and in practice of dermatologists (onychomycosis, dermatophytes), ENT specialists (pharyngomycoses, otomycoses), and gastroenterologists (oral candidiasis).

The second medical product of gynecologic group is a vaginal gel Intinova. Intinova has a unique composition. It contains hyaluronic acid as well as vegetable extracts of aloe, witch hazel, ginseng, kudzu, almond and pomegranate. Itinova has a complex effect on the condition of the vaginal mucosa: it moisturizes, stimulates reparative processes, improves blood circulation, enhances elasticity and eliminates atrophy. Intinova is effective in the postpartum period, after primary treatment of cervical erosion and in atrophic vaginitis during menopause.

Continuing the theme of phytotherapy as an effective and safe method of treatment of many diseases drug Gensimax was considered. It is used in treatment of inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs, menstrual disorders and premenstrual syndrome.

As for men's health, doctors have the phytopreparation Adrius, which improves sexual function by increasing testosterone levels, nitric oxide and libido enhance. The intake of Adrius provides the improvement of men's fertility that could help to solve the problem of male sterility.

Besides Adrius, the medical product Nokamen is used in urological practice. Nokamen is a nephroprotector with wide performances. The unique composition of Nokamen provides a complex effect on the urinary system – litholytic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic and mild diuretic effect. Nokamen is used in the treatment and prevention of urolithiasis, as well as infectious and inflammatory diseases (cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, and prostatitis).

During the course of the cycle meeting the market situation was assessed and the marketing strategy of each medical product was discussed. The gained knowledge and skills will be useful in the daily work of each team member and will help to achieve high results and goals.
